UR Safety Products Group provides superior customer service and want to be sure you have what you need. Below are some answers to common customer service questions:

Order Accuracy

UR Safety Products Group double checks all orders before they leave the warehouse to ensure accuracy prior to shipping. If you should receive an order that is missing any product, call our 800 number immediately and we will be sure to expedite the shipment of your missing item(s).

When will orders ship?

All in-stock products are shipped within one business day. If we need to ship directly from the manufacturer, we will work with the manufacturers to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are only shipped weekdays. No shipments are made on weekends. If your order is placed after hours on Friday or weekends, your order will ship the next business day.

How will orders ship?

Orders will be shipped via UPS unless size and weight determines shipment must go Common Carrier. All freight charges will be the responsibility of the ordering party and will be prepaid and added to product invoice unless other arrangements for shipping are made prior to shipment. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout for most items, based on the shipping method selected and weight of products. When your order has multiple packages or total shipping weight exceeds 140 pounds you will be contacted with a corrected shipping charge for approval.  For some UPS shipments there are additional fees for certain locations based on your zip code.

Can I return product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service. We want you to be entirely happy with your experience with our company.
